What size are your flower wall and backdrop rentals?

Each flower wall and backdrop stands at an impressive 8 feet by 8 feet size.

What can I do to personalize the flower wall or backdrop?

Glad you asked! We have neon signs, drapery, floral arches/swags, and furniture to up the level of your look. One floral element is included in the price— if you want something more, we would love to help make it happen. Add-ons would be items like a balloon arch or furniture. (KIng Peacock chair, anyone?!?!)

What if I want a flower wall that I don’t see on your website?

Let’s talk semi-custom, or even custom! Depending on the level of customization you’re looking for, there may be a 3-4 week lead time, so don’t wait to reach out.

Do I need to pick up my wall, set it up, take it down, and return it myself?

Heck no! This is just one of the many benefits of renting from Wonderwall. We’ll work with you or your event location to determine when set-up and take down will take place. You get to be hands off to enjoy the event, worry-free!

Dang, balloons are CHEAP! Why do you charge so much?

You're darn right; you can find balloons anywhere for a few bucks. But here’s the deal: what we offer is our creative services—a team of makers, designers, and artists who join forces with you to bring your event dreams to life and craft something exceptionally beautiful and unforgettable. We may not be the most budget-friendly choice— but that’s okay! Our focus is on delivering a wonder-filled creation that brings joy to you.

Do you charge a travel fee?

If your event is within 10 miles of 21146, there’s no additional delivery fee. Should we need to travel outside of this radius, there will be a .75 per mile additional charge.

Are you a legit company with insurance and stuff?

Why yes, silly! OF COURSE we carry professional liability insurance, and will happily provide proof of coverage to any location on request.

What makes you guys different?

We’re here to save you time, save your sanity, and help you actually enjoy your event. We aren’t the most expensive and we aren’t the least expensive— but we do provide the best customer service, and when we’re there taking down all of the fun things we provided for your event, you’re doing to be darn happy you hired us.

Can the flower wall or backdrop be placed outdoors?

As long as the weather cooperates, and there is a flat, level spot to place the backdrop, then the answer is ‘yes.’ However, if the weather is nasty— even too much wind will prove disastrous!— or the ground is uneven, it just won’t make for a good experience, and we will need to find a suitable location inside.

What’s the average cost of a custom balloon installation?

Custom installation costs fluctuate based on factors like size, scope, location, necessary staff, and environmental elements. Let’s have a chat so we can figure it out together!

How long will my balloon installation last?

Glad you asked! For indoor installations, the longevity can extend to weeks or even months! Conversely, outdoor installations, particularly during hot summer weather or direct sunlight, may not last more than several hours. Outdoor installations are strategically scheduled as close to your event's start time as possible.
